I thought I could throw together a quick tutorial for anyone wanting to know how to change their already downloaded skins to be High Fashion Buyable. Its the same as making a skin HD buyable, except for HD buyable you change the beginning letters to ether (L-Lingerie); (F-Formal); (S-Swimwear).
First locate the files in your Skin Folder. If you put the files to View>Tiles or Thumbnails, it will the ones that don't have an image show up. My search was for "B336fafit"
Once located, I right-clicked each icon seperately and hit "Rename." I then Changed the "B" to an "H" for High Fashion.
I then opened up H336fafit_WDSUnderknee by again Right-clicking the icon and selecting "Open With>NotePad.
The Letters Highlighted in Orange are the Letters you change from "B"
to "H"
Finished Product should look like this:
